These Terms of Use govern your conduct associated with the current services offered by Muslim Sources. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Our Service.

Interpretation

By submitting your profile information or contact request to muslimsources.org or through any of our linked Google Forms you warrant that:

You are the sole author and owner of the intellectual property rights thereto
All content that you post is accurate to the best of your knowledge
You are at least 18 years old OR if a minor, have adult (e.g. parent/guardian/teacher) supervision or permission when either reading or submitting stories
Use of the content you supply does not violate these Terms of Use and will not cause injury to any person or entity

You further agree and warrant that you shall not submit any content:

That is known by you to be false, inaccurate or misleading
That infringes any third party’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy
That violates any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising)
That is, or may reasonably be considered to be, defamatory, libellous, hateful, racially or religiously biased or offensive, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing to any individual, partnership, or corporation
That contains any computer viruses, worms or other potentially damaging computer programs or files

You agree to indemnify and hold muslimsources.org (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, employees and third-party service providers) harmless from all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of a breach of your representations and warranties set forth above, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

All content that you submit may be used at Muslim Source’s sole discretion. Muslim Sources reserves the right to change, condense or delete any content on Muslim Sources’s website that Muslim Sources deems, in its sole discretion, to violate the content guidelines or any other provision of these Terms of Use. Muslim Sources does not guarantee that you will have any recourse through Muslim Sources to edit or delete any content you have submitted. Muslim Sources reserves the right to remove or to refuse to post any submission for any reason. None of the content that you submit shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of Muslim Sources, its agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners or third party service providers and their respective directors, officers and employees.

By submitting your email address in connection with your profile information, contact request or purchase, you agree that Muslim Sources and its third party service providers may use your email address to contact you about the information and other administrative purposes.

Content Backups

Although regular backups of Content are performed, Muslim Sources does not guarantee there will be no loss or corruption of data.

Corrupt or invalid backup points may be caused by, without limitation, Content that is corrupted prior to being backed up or that changes during the time a backup is performed.

Muslim Sources will provide support and attempt to troubleshoot any known or discovered issues that may affect the backups of Content. But You acknowledge that Muslim Sources has no liability related to the integrity of Content or the failure to successfully restore Content to a usable state.

You agree to maintain a complete and accurate copy of any Content in a location independent of the Service.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by You or other users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors.

Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Muslim Sources.

Muslim Sources has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Muslim Sources shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Muslim Sources or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if the Company or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages

Changes to These Terms of Use

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
