In 2019, Jia founded a dance fitness company catering to women only which has since transitioned to a growing online community of women coming together to de-stress, and release the everyday tensions of life. In 2020, in the midst of a global pandemic, Jia noticed a huge need for a fitness program that would help women who are struggling in multiple areas of their lives. As such, she launched The Daily FitFam, a program consisting of daily live and interactive workout sessions for women around the world. These are now growing communities of women who are making massive mindset shifts and seeing incredible results in their fitness. Her approach to fitness is uniquely holistic. She focuses on shifting mindsets around exercise and weight loss, and helps clients make sustainable lifestyle changes.
Jia is a former teacher, who is now pursuing her true passion for personal development, neuroscience, epigenetics, and spirituality. She has been a keynote speaker for several Muslim organizations including MAC OGS, Nisa Homes, TM, AFIS. She currently facilitates fitness classes for women at MNN, and guides hundreds of women globally through virtual platforms, to become the best versions of themselves.
